Centro Studi Orientamento is an independent, non-profit making, cultural
association established in 1992 with the mission of: promoting a culture
of permanent training; monitoring the supply of training and consultancy
programmes available; offering an information service about the managerial
and specialised training market; encouraging professional orientation, and
contributing to the diffusion of the values of a modern corporate
culture.
In order to achieve its mission, the Association has developed a close-knit
network of relations with various organisations at national and
international level.
Centro Studi Orientamento carries out orientation activities aimed
primarily at those who intend to invest in training and feel the need to
have suitable means of analysis and research to improve the orientation of
their decisions.
The main users of the services offered by the Association are: university
students, new graduates, executives, entrepreneurs, personnel managers and
trainers.
The Association works together with numerous public authorities and private
organisations, guaranteeing adequate information assistance to: sectorial
associations, banks, chambers of commerce, insurance companies, small and
medium-sized enterprises, public administration, youth information offices
and universities.
Centro Studi Orientamento publishes an annual guide to managerial and specialised training entitled "A Guide to Masters". The guide is the result of a project called "Corporate Culture, Training and Consultancy" that was set up in 1993 with the aim of encouraging the strategic role played by training in generating the growth and development of the individual and of organisations.
"A Guide to Masters" is a valid reference book for anyone who intends to use
training services and is available in two versions: a hard copy, distributed
free of charge, and an electronic version, which can be consulted on its website
www.cestor.it.
This site was created in March 1996 by the Centro Studi Orientamento for
the purpose of offering constantly up-dated information about masters
courses and specialisation courses, in addition to supplying a description
of training schools and companies.
